Dancing is a particularly great idea if you are looking for something to supplement an exercise/ diet program and with the release of endorphins, it can also help relieve the stresses of everyday life!! Dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes, and sizes. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits including:

  • • Drink plenty of water before, during and after dancing.
